Return of products
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement in all cases in which with proven fault of ichor-epirus.gr delivered to you altered, damaged or substantially different from what you ordered. The basic condition for your request to be accepted is that the products are in the condition you received them, without having opened their packaging. Returns on products for reasons other than those mentioned in the previous paragraph may be accepted, provided that they are in the condition in which you received them and that the original packaging has not been opened. In this case, the transport costs shall be borne by the customer.
Right of Withdrawal & Refund
According to the legislation, the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase of products through ichor-epirus.gr with a statement addressed to the company "KINSEP IXOR" with Tax ID 996839899 Tax Office of Ioannina, located in Chios, at 24 Skanavi Street, 17 Damala Street, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
Within 14 days and after the return has been approved and your original order has been paid for by cash on delivery, bank deposit, credit/debit card charge, then you will receive your money back by bank deposit to a bank account that you will indicate to us.
Two-year product guarantee in accordance with European legislation
According to the European legislation for consumer protection, a two-year warranty is provided for the non-disposable products of our store. The two-year warranty starts from the moment you receive the product. The guarantee ensures you the right to replacement or compensation in case the product or products you received from ichor-epirus.gr, do not meet the advertised or are defective.
Product fractures
It is suggested that customers of the e-shop when they receive products in glass packaging and these have been damaged, cracked or totally destroyed then they should contact the courier company within 24 hours from the time of receipt. To compensate for any damage they should not remove the products from the parcel and it should be delivered exactly as received to the courier company within 24 hours.
Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of the order can be made in the following cases:
- Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can "return" and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the "delete" button.
- In case your order has been completed online and you wish to cancel it, please contact our call center at 6977226737 to provide your order details within the same day.
- If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call us at 6977226737 during the opening hours of our call center and one of our associates will undertake the cancellation of your order. The cancellation does not occur if no confirmation is sent by ichor-epirus.gr.
- If the online order has been completed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- After receiving the product, please call us at 6977226737 explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will assist you immediately and inform you of all your options.
