Organic rosemary from the mountains of Epirus<\/a><\/p>

Rosemary is an evergreen shrub up to 1.5 m tall, with erect brown branches. The leaves are lanceolate, small and pointed, dark green above and light green on the underside.\u00a0The flowers are small, light blue (violet), and form dense racemes<\/span><\/p>

Properties<\/b>
Rosemary is a well-known herb, we find it very often in Mediterranean cuisine as a spice. The abundance of its properties, but also the many synergies it can create rank it at the top of the useful herbs in botany, especially at the stage of prevention.<\/p>

It is described as the 'Greek gingko biloba', herb of memory and brain function. It acts on the microcirculatory system of the brain, contributes effectively to concentration and mental fatigue'.\u00a0<\/p>

It has neuroprotective properties and is effective in cases of severe depression33 and in neurodegenerative diseases.
In addition, it shows great benefit to the circulatory system, as its phenolic compounds reduce oxidative stress and lower the concentration of cholesterol in the blood.\" It contributes to the smooth removal of atherosclerotic plaque, restoring the quality of blood vessels.\u00a0<\/p>

Useful properties in cases of liver damage, as well as\u00a0<\/span>in diabetes. It is an ally in metabolic syndrome and can be used\u00a0<\/span>as a diuretic agent.<\/span><\/p>

For external use it is used in oil or as an ingredient in a ceramic ointment for healing diabetic wounds, joint pains and poor circulation.
The essential oil can be applied diluted in base oil to the temples to enhance memory and reduce work-related tension. Studies show that it enhances microhair perfusion helping with hair loss and new hair growth.
